Several Things at this hotel are terrible1- Luggage left outside on courtyard for over an hour2- Un-able to check in at the designated 2pm timeslot3- Staff not as sociabal as those at other hotels of the same 'standard'4- Size of the superiour room not so superiour5- Bad location for dining out6- Prices of food and drink are cheaper else where7- no complimentary products such as water ort snacks8- mould in the bathroom9- layers of dust10- faulty shwer head11- iron doesn't work12- tempromental air conditioning unit13- not worth it's $239 per night value14- too cut off from the outside world15- NOT WORTH A STAR RATING AS HIGH- NO WHERE NEAR AS GOOD AS PLACES LIKE THE HOLIDAY INNNEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL- ABSOLUTE DUMP AND NOT WORTH IS 'VALUE' ROOMS ARE TOO SMALL AND CRAMPED AND THE FOOD AND DRINK IS ALSO OF POOR STANDARD.

7. I asked for a chicken breast on the BLT instead of the usual processed slice turkey; I was told not a problem, but at a price.

8. -no Executive Lounge (very surprising since this Hotel is located in a Business district)-For me it wasn't an issue, but some people may have an issue with the fact that Valet parking is the only option($35/day), and that there is nothing in walking distance from this HotelTIPS:-California Pizza Kitchen is about a 5 minute drive (they also deliver to the Hotel, $6 + tip delivery fee), great food at a reasonable price.
