8. room service is terrific on food and timely delivery, the entire staff is helpful, pleasant (unlike some places in nearby beverly hills) and accommodating, all services are exactly as they should be, and because this is a fairly large hotel, you can often get exceptional deals and packages through online travel sites, as we did.

9. I would recommend their breakfast restaurant and the service there was great - I did not eat dinner there or room service - but would recommend Rocksugar for asian food and a beautiful setting at Westfield.
