1. Our en suite room was clean tidy and well maintained with coffee and tea facilities, store room with iron and ironing board, safe, minibar and computer connectivity.

8. Membership is free, and while they don't offer points toward free stays per se, though they do offer a free night once a year, plus suite upgrades, and discounts on meals in some restaurants, the benefits of going thru their concierge service are well worth it.
