What really stood out about the hotel was the people working here though - from the front desk (a very very patient woman walked me through getting onto the wireless system when I called up for help) to the room service (so one of the spoons in the coffee set was dirty, and they seem to only serve half and half with the coffee - no skim milk or low fat alternatives - BUT they came quickly with new dishes and an unopened box of Soy milk - which was great!).

10. Being my second stay I did not have to pack my own toiletries knowing their Miller Harris toiletries were there, waiting for me :-) (You can purchase them at their gift shop)The restaurant service was very good and so the room service.
