1. The guy cleaning the room was super friendly and offered plenty of extra towels (I did notice our bath mat had some sort of stains on it and probably should be taken out of rotation for what they charge here - but I just turned it over and moved on to more important things).

3. Our room had faded, dated wallpaper, no pictures or mirrors (except for the bathroom mirror), the hems on the robes were frayed and the towels were a bit thin.
