1. We were upgraded free of charge to the JFK suite which occupied the entire corner of the top floor with views over the Boston public libiary and copley square.

2. 1st - join the Fairmont President Club - it's FREE and then the internet service will also be FREE!(otherwise they charge $14.00/day) in addition to a whole bunch of other perks - so why don't more people do it.
