4. again complaining at the front desk they upgraded us to a $700 a night luxury suite, took the elevator up barely found the room, the numbers fell off and left the rusty imprint of room #206, opened the door and we were completely horrified it had the most repulsive smell and the filth was unbelievable!we demanded our deposit back and checked in at Loews.

9. When we arrived at the hotel we asked for a larger room (3 of us staying together) and we were immediately upgraded for free to a suite with an ocean view - completely remodeled with everything from a beautiful bathroom, pull out couch, balcony and fridge within mini - kitchen.
