2. Of course it is a little run-down and some renovation is in order, of course the bathroom is dated, but in the past we have tried other, trendier hotels and everytime we were disappointed in what we got for our money.

4. I have nothing to add to previous reviews: large and clean room, huge closets, tiny bathroom, all this comes with the feel of an apartment, plus good mattresses and great location.
