6. The staff were lovely and helpful, one of the receptionists even let me use her desk telephone to phone Scotland as I couldn't work the payphone in the lobby which was very nice of her.

The hotel/room itself is clean and tidy, you can feel/see it has been around awhile, kinda feels like one of those older style houses you rent before buying something new or renovate, the place is in great condition but the doors don't quite sit flush etc. Checkin and checkout were a breeze and the PC workstation in the lobby was very handy to check emails etc - great for us as we didn't bring a laptop or anything to use Wifi.
