1. On arrival check in was very efficient and although we had booked a King size bed suite this was not available but we were given a huge twin bed suite on the 10th floor.

4. We were able to check in early on Friday afternoon very quickly and efficiently and we were even upgraded to a lovely suite which was so nice and spacious.
