1. The decor was drab but the comfort of the bed and pillows was wonderful.

4. However, we found a great little mom and pop diner (with some great 70's decor) around the corner called the Parisienne that was much better and had a great breakfast menu (and it was about the same price as the hotel breakfast), so I'd recommend that over the Salisbury.

8. If a swanky hotel with modern/fancy decor is what you're looking for and are willing to pay more, there are many upscale hotels in the area that might be more your speed, but if old fashioned decor doesn't bother you this hotel is an amazing find.
