6. We didn't take advantage of the hotels breakfast offer because we tended to eat at one of the many new york diners instead, in particular we ate at the Carnigie Diner just 1 block away and what a treat, the breakfasts were huge and delicious and even though its visited more for its famous name and Zagat rating it wasn't over priced!$35 for a breakfast and coffees for 2, and believe me once you've eaten breakfast you won't need to eat again until dinner that evening.
