4. There was no free WiFi, the rooms view was looking into other bldgs windows and trash (was only on floor 6 of 17), the day of check out, I had housekeeping walk into my room TWICE before 10am, while I was in the bathroom.

10. On our last day, even though we had to check out by 11am, the hotel generously allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel until our departure at 5pm.
