Also, even though my own home only gets officially 'cleaned' once every two weeks, and hotels are cleaned, presumably, between guests so one may assume they're cleaned more than once per week, every single room I've stayed in over the past 4 years at this hotel has mold on the grout in the bathroom.

5. I had somewhat of a problem with my bathroom fixtures (faucet was leaking and the sink was cracked, which made the water drip until the floor was full of water.

8. Hotel was great location,literally in midst of time square making it ideal for restaurants and bars as we were far too tired most eves to venture far-rooms were ok,small and bathrooms a bit tatty-yet thats common in manhattan!def not the standard of the W yet you get wht you pay for.
