1. Didn't eat at the hotel as thought it a little expensive but it is ideally suited for many good local restaurants which are reasonably priced, would recommend Applebys and Bumbagumps.

3. Rather than dealing with this frustration on a customer service level and offering an apology, the front desk sent 6 large men to our room from security and the head chef (on new years eve) to our honeymoon suite.

The women checking me in assured me there was virtually no difference, Well, upon scoping my suite -- with its two full walls of windows welcoming the vista of Broadway; with a nice-size flat screen TV (yes, with hi-def channels and on-demand movies); with its stylish contemporary furniture, separate vanity sink area with a backlit mirror, divan chair and double-level desk and tons of outlets -- I was inclined to retract my suspicions that the reservationist was just placating me.
