1. the room itself had everything we wanted, space, comfort, cleanliness, good facilities including safe, night light, lovely towels and good quality appliances.

2. I tip, if service is good, there is a value added, the employee/service provider makes something extra and deserves a recognition, but I do not tip just to receive a basic service like towels.

3. They said they would come and make the beds(I said don't bother we're getting in them!) but I just asked for clean towels and coffee(there were still no robes).

4. The bathroom was very nice and modern with a shower only, with nice towels.

5. However, the room itself was clean, beds comfortable, room had very nice aspect, large television, adequate wardrobe space, bathroom reasonable size with overbath shower, hairdryer, plenty of fluffy towels and toiletries etc. We only ate in the hotel once which was to use room service.

6. After a few follow up phone calls, it was nearly 11 before anyone cme to clean up the water and then they just used towels.

7. i have just returned from 5 days at this hotel, and my first time visit to New York and could'nt ask for a better hotel to have stayed in!the rooms are so lovely, spotlessly clean, the beds so very comftable, toiletries renewed in the bathroom every day, clean towels everyday, Reception staff and bar staff very friendly and helpful, if i am lucky enough to return to New York i would love to stay at this hotel again.

9. A blocked toilet experienced at 5am (that darn time difference thingy), housekeeping had a fantastic chap there in minutes, truely amazing, all cleaned up and fresh towels straight away.

10. Daily clean towels, toiletries etc. Maids/Room attendants were sooo pleasant on the few times we saw them.
