1. Was given free wifi internet but the code offered didnt work so was told id have to charge it to my room and request it taken off my bill when we checked out, which after a little chat with reception was removed from the bill when we did in fact check out.

7. We seemed to find a loophole in that wifi was largely free in the lobby and on occasion you would then be able to access it for free when you took your device (phone/iPad) back to your room.
