1. Really helpful, friendly staff and great cocktails, although a little expensive, but you can always try Hurleys just around the corner from the Hershey's shop the best Cosmo's at a third of the cost.

2. We never used the subway as felt we would miss out on the sight-seeing so we felt the bus was the best option and the cost was very reasonable considering the ticket is valid for 24 hours.

5. The corner rooms are fantastic - they cost more, but I would recommend if having a view - not a stellar view, but a view that reminds you of why you came to NYC -- worth it.

6. They failed to tell you that it cost $10.00 per adult to swim and you better be prepared to swim because it is strictly a lap pool in a fitness club.

7. I would not reccomend it for a break, as there hotels in new york that cost far less that provide service that is on par with the crowne plaza , .

8. The other irritations were that it costs $10 per person to use EXCEPT if you join the crowne plaza club for free.
