1. My only complaints are that (1) the room didn't have a microwave or minibar; (2) when there is a function in the lobby, the noise travels up the atrium (although you hear noise in room bathroom, you don't hear it in bed luckily (but don't know how it is for lower floors)) and (3) the distance to the 6th Street and shopping action.
"Decent Hotel; Standard Hyatt Quality; Nothing Extraordinary Except the Sushi " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/23/2012 Vote
2. For example there's nothing special about the bathroom, and to my surprise there was no mini-fridge, which was a slight inconvenience.

3. I would like to give the hotel a very good rating because of their staff and the location but unfortunately, in addition to the roach, the small bathroom and closet, the hotel was hosting a University retreat which meant many loud boisterous young people and many empty pizza boxes in the hallway, which 20 years ago would have been fun but now not so much.
"Small bathrooms in a older building..... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/31/2011 Vote
4. The lake view was wonderful and the Hyatt is trying hard by updating the rooms in an older building evident by the small 'motel' size bathrooms.

5. So, if were traveling by myself the small bathroom and closet probably would not be a big deal because what they saved in space on the bathroom and closet was allocated to a spacious and comfortable bed, desk, and sitting area.

6. Bathroom was very outdated, small, and with no vent (really need to use a 15 minute rule before going in after someone has used the bathroom).
"A little outdated but great stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/19/2011 Vote
7. The soap in the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, too.

8. The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms are tiny with very low ceilings.
"Not As Nice As I Expected " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/13/2010 Vote
9. Very small rooms and bathrooms have a single sink and old-school tile.

10. The actually hotel is a little disappointing - it's obviously been recently renovated with new furniture, but the hotel needs more of a serious overhaul (the structure itself feels very old and dark; the bathrooms are super small, the tile is very dated).
