2. I originally reserved a Balcony King which is not a suite, just a regular room on the top floor where they have the fully enclosed balcony overlooking Town Lake (now called Lady Bird Lake) and downtown Austin.

3. The beds were comfortable, and the room offered the full set of amenities: an en suite bathroom, large TV, a very comfy bed, air conditioning (that actually works), coffee maker, a valuables safe (that is big enough to hold a laptop), and an iron and ironing board.
