5. Actually I would call it excellent considering they had hash browns as well as two kinds of salsa to go with the breakfast tacos, and pistachios and mango pieces near the oatmeal.

I don't know if it was because they knew it was our wedding night, or because check in was slightly bumpy, but we were given free drink tickets at check in, and later got a card congratulating us in the room, personally signed by staff, with more drink tickets, along with complimentary breakfast.

8. No fridge, no microwave, no free breakfast, tiny room, $5 for a bottle of water, and you get to pay $28 a day for parking although you are not told about the fee.

9. Some of us opted for the expansive breakfast buffet which was definitely far better than typical hotel restaurant breakfast buffet fare, and some opted for ordering off the menu, but in both cases the food was excellent.

10. My room was comfortable--I upgraded so I was overlooking the lake, which I recommend, because otherwise you might feel a little closed in--the room was well-appointed, every amenity, but not very large--the service is excellent, as are the amazing buffet breakfasts.
