1. I don't know if it was because they knew it was our wedding night, or because check in was slightly bumpy, but we were given free drink tickets at check in, and later got a card congratulating us in the room, personally signed by staff, with more drink tickets, along with complimentary breakfast.

2. Not a lot has changed since my stay there (and review of it) last year, but some things I did notice:- More automation options (Web Check-in, Lobby Check-in kiosks, etc.) that helped make those types of activities smoother, more efficient.
