2. I just checked in for what was RESERVED to be a CITY VIEW room at 4:15 pm, despite the fact that checkin time was 3:00, only to be informed that the room was not ready - because DIAMOND members had a late checkout of 4:00.

3. There was no check out folio in my front door on the morning of checkout, resulting another waste of time standing in line checkout process with a front desk agent that was a trainee taking a long time for a simple task.

Now, I have to say that the staff really came through the next day at checkout I was asked if there had been any offer made when I called to let them know of the roach and when I responded that other than offering to send 'engineering' to kill the roach the young man offered a generous discount which while not necessary was appreciated.
