1. The shower was extremely tight & bathroom was rather small.

2. When I first arrived we were booked in one of the bad rooms (alarm clock broken, Iorn broken, rug stained, window view of a dumpster, bathroom horrible, blanket had holes) We asked for another room but had to wait a day.

3. Let's see: for $319 (supposedly a special conference rate), there's no minibar, no robes, no conditioner, a nonworking phone, fluorescent lighting, a tiny bathroom, chipped furniture and scuffed rug.

4. Bathroom was dirty and never really cleaned, and towel replacement was so random, face towels on every other day, bathmat arrived day 4 of 10, aircon very noisy in room with large clunk when it went on and off.

7. The first room i was given in this hotel had a broken window in the bathroom that would not shut (and the outside temperature was 36F), a broken blind over a window that looks directly into a neighbouring window, and a broken light.

8. Dirty carpet, damaged, scratched furniture, dents and marks all over the walls, cheap spring box matress and a bathroom that makes the bathroom at Starbucks look like the Ritz.

9. Royal Palm in my opinion is a 2 star hotel the rooms are small and all the furniture are old and you can see the wear and tear on them, the bathrooms were dirty.

10. Fillthy broken furniture, dirty rugs, dirty bathrooms, lumpy beds, unhelpful staff who only says no to all request, Dirty around pool, unkempt beach chairs.
