1. The room amenities: as others have mentioned, the full sized bath gels etc. are cool and then there are all these small items that appear to be offered for your use but they are not.

2. The only slightly downside is that while the bathroom looks gorgeous with a bath the shape of an egg, it's a little tricky to climb into - not a big deal though.
