1. With a stand-up rain fall shower, plenty of towels and our own personal scale you could almost live in there.

2. I think this could be addressed if the servers who are walking the pool perimeter better communicate with the towel guy or participate in bussing after the departing guests themselves.

5. We received no service at all our first couple of days, and when we called the front desk to ask if we had to request fresh towels and room cleaning, everyone seemed completely bewildered as to why our room hadn't been cleaned.

6. Light switches are well hidden, some lamps were not even plugged in, the plumbing leaked to the point of having us put towels down.
