7. 4-when I asked room service to clear mini bar for me ( as I don't drink and I need the space for my medication they wanted to charge me 25$!) I have asked 5star hotel all over the world to clear my mini bar and never was I charged for it.

8. (Long story short, we had prepaid our stay for work yet my private credit card was still charged again for the room- thus leaving me witha very hefty charge on my own account- then was incorrectly refunded to my colleagues credit card by mistake instead of mine- you get the drift here.

10. Do not think about getting a chain saw to cut this down, the hotel will charge you for this (we heard that somebody else did this).
