4. The room is very large, with a centrally located bed, quiet and there was a quiet terrace, which unfortunately I could not use as it was raining during my stay.

5. Upon arrival at the SLS, which is fantastically located I might add, the doorman greeted me warmly, the front-desk staff were very cheerful, and offered their considerations for where to eat, and what to do during my stay.

6. I usually prefer staying near the beach when in LA, however, the location of the SLS is great in that it is in the middle of the city, so it is easy to go either west or east.
