5. Very solid level of service overall; the staff tries to be as accommodating as possible and numerous managers / concierges gave me their business cards so I could contact them for assistance even when I was outside the hotel.

6. As a kind gesture, Dana Cohen (the catering manager/wedding/event planner/the best thing that ever happened to LA weddings) also threw in a complimentary caprihina (a popular Brazilian beverage) bar for our guests.

7. When I told them how unsatisfied I was the trainie talked to the manager they offered to cover our bar bill from the night before $18.00 lol.
