1. When we arrived, we were told we were being put on the 10th floor, would have a balcony (that we did not need), and be given complimentary breakfast passes since there was not executive floor.

Stayed here pre-cruise ,this was our second visit to this hotel the last one being 2005,check in was pretty quick(nice after long flight) however when we got to the room it smelled terrible , I went straight back down to reception they gave me another, same problem , they eventually gave us a room with a balcony still a bit smelly but by that time we accepted it dropped the luggage and headed for the bar, the rooms are in need of upgrading , everything was old and a bit worn out.

8. Our room was on the 13th floor, it had a balcony facing the blue lagoon with Miami airport runway on the right, it was super bright and we had fun watching planes landing and taking off at MIA.
