1. If you are going to sit in your hotel all day and play on the computer go to the expensive hotels but if you need a nice place to crash with a balcony for sunrises and sunsets you wont find a better deal.

7. Rooms have air conditioning, some have refrigerators, all have a view the courtyard/pool area/offices/"garden", small balcony with chairs, 4 stories with elevator, and are reasonably clean but basic.

10. You will be disappointed if you expect sheets that fit, curtains that are without water stains due to the balcony door that doesn't shut completely, newer or cleanish carpet, air handling system that doesn't rattle, walls that aren't scuffed, or soap in the shower.
