7. Try the Colonial Restaurant for a made to order omelet and an excellent Bacon Cheeseburger and fries, Since we were attending 'Dawn at the Alamo' and needed to be on the Alamo grounds at 5:30 am, it worked beautifully to stay at the Menger.
