1. We spent a happy hour wandering around, enjoying the architecture and the antiques, and even had a very good Valentine's Day dinner in the restaurant.

6. Every 'free' item that should have been included in the package had been charged to our bill: valet, champagne, etc. The air conditioner in our suite (chiller) wasn't working, but we didn't discover it until after dinner when we got back to the room late.
