1. Location is excellent, one block from Powells Books, and easy walking distance to food carts, downtown shops and free tram lines.

The location was perfect--right at the edge of downtown, convenient to the streetcar and light rail, the freeway, and the top in town local sights including downtown and Portland's wonderful food carts for lunch, Chinatown, the Pearl District, Powell's bookstore, a Whole Foods around the corner, Kenny and Zuke's deli across the street, and the absolutely marvelous Jakes Seafood a block away for a not to be forgotten dinner.

5. The location is great, the staff is friendly, they have a super-cool DIY espresso machine you can use anytime and they have the extra like wine, continental breakfast, etc. Parking is $18 a night in their garage or free if you have a hybrid car.
