From Oneilia who helped me to my room when I first arrived, to Zack at the front desk who checked me in with competence and cordiality, to the General Manager, Gus, who personally helped me get connected to the Hotel's wireless when I was too technologically challenged to do so myself, to Mike, Ann, and the woman from Cuba (sorry, I forgot your name) who were also there with a hand and a smile whenever either was needed, it was a great experience from start to finish.

5. At 5pm there was complimentary wine & cheese (generous tasting!) and an opportunity to chat with the manager and other guests about great restaurants in the area.
