3. But we'd stay anyway - rates are very competitive, beds comfortable, rooms quiet, and amenities can't be beat: a complimentary wine reception every evening with cookies and pizza, a more than ample continental breakfast, extra service, great location, etc., etc. Can't recommend it highly enough.
