7. However, we were dismayed by the internet access charge (wifi @ $8/24hrs, $35/week) Also, our `green` request to not refresh towels and bed linens unless we placed them on the floor was honored only for one day.

8. If I had to pick out things that could be improved I would say that the TV is to small, the towels are not the softest, (most hotels are like that), water pressure was so-so.
