1. The room was large, clean and comfortably furnished, the bed more than comfortable (a dab softer than I like--although I'd sleep on concrete and call it comfortable), the bathroom bright and clean--just not with the latest chain hotel look .

5. After a full day of visiting the Saturday market, Powell's bookstore, sampling the limitless cuisine, and miles of walking, I jumped into the memory foam bed and was wrapped up in it's cozy embrace and lulled off to a deep, refreshing sleep.
