4. The biggest thing the Avalon Hotel & Spa has going for it are the standard amenities that are often missing from other hotels in this price range - extremely comfortable beds, soft, luxurious pillows, fluffy robes, free wifi.

5. There were fresh towels, water, headphones for listening to the tv's by the treadmills/elipticals weight training room, dance/cardio studio, free weights, fitness balls & hula hoops.
