1. We walked to about 1/2 mile to the streetcar which was great for our commute into town, but on the way back at 10 p.m. at night the streetcar broke down and we ended up having to hail a cab which cost $$$.

7. I thought that I made this extra-cost and crystal-clear request when I booked the reservation; on arrival they had no available room, so we spent the first night in a substitue room.
