2. Had we stayed in a lesser property, I'd let these sorts of things slide; as it was, I can only recommend the Avalon for some of its points: a great spa, a comfortable enough bed, and an excellent restaurant.

5. WIFI is reasonable, though I'd recommend that they put a couple more AP's in to increase coverage, it's a little spotty at the far end of the build and on the upper floors.
