4. My husband used the pool and jacuzzi but it was a little too cool for my liking to go swimming in February and they had a lovely fireplace burning in the pool area - very cosy.

9. The young room service chap was excellent (if you find the one who's twin brother plays chess) the bell hop chap was excellent and I absolutely loved how you felt like you were coming home each time you arrived back with the fireplace and the 'welcome back' comment as you came in the door.
