We were welcomed to this hotel, well not really welcomed, but came to this hotel with our booking not in the system (this was paid for a good 3-4 months earlier) and had to wait some time while the
manager
was called in to allocate us a room.

I am a
Manager
of a travel agency so always have the responsibility of booking the holidays and as this was my father-in-laws 60th birthday, was very anxious that everything would go smoothly.

Check in took awhile because they had no record of our reservation even though we had paperwork & a confirmation number the staff member was confused & asked for assistance from the
manager
& his reply was ' Oh just give them a room & i'll deal with it later' that might sound like a normal type of a response but it was said with such annoyance & attitude that it put us off staying there but since we were along way from home & had been planning this holiday for a long time & only had 4 days left of our holiday we just tried to ignore it.

Whenever I saw them alone, we would joke together about how much of an ***hole the other guy was and I think they said he was the MANAGER.
