1. The young room service chap was excellent (if you find the one who's twin brother plays chess) the bell hop chap was excellent and I absolutely loved how you felt like you were coming home each time you arrived back with the fireplace and the 'welcome back' comment as you came in the door.

2. There is a comercial building very near the hotel, we walked to the supermarket, pharmacy, etc. And at the hotel they have Tula's with great food and service, room service and a great lounge.

3. A special thanks goes out to Vic, Petra, room service guys who asked each morning how my son was doing with his acting, the wonderful woman in the gift store who wouldn't sell Red Bull to the young campers because she knew it wasn't good for them, and to the woman at the front desk who helped by using her paper cutter to downsize my son's head shots to 8 x 10.

6. The parking is a pain and costs 14 dollars but other than that the service is good the room service is a good price better than some I have seen.

8. Am SOooo glad chose to stay here because it had much more of a small European hotel/country inn feel, e.g., staff friendliness and guest recognition, personable breakfast and dinner service in restaurant as well as room service, responsive and friendly housekeeping staff.
