7. When we arrived we were greeted by the very friendly concierge who told us about the sight seeing trip the hotel did.

The hotel had a minibus to take their guests to Universal Studios every hour (which was v convenient and it only took only 5mins) and the Concierge was v helpful with giving directions and organising tours to downtown LA, the Chinese Theatre, Beverly Hills etc. Foodwise, the onsite restaurant is OK but a little bit pricey.
