The staff were very helpful and we were able to buy tickets to universal studios at the same price as on the internet ( a better deal than buying it at the venue as we got a second day free) We had 3 meals at the restaurant and found the food excellent and were surprised at how cheap it was considering the poor exchange rate to the pound at the moment.
