1. We wanted to take the free shuttle to Universal Studios and called at the last minute, and they actually drove us up as a special, unscheduled trip.

2. Universal Studios is about 5 mins drive away and cost $15 to park, the hotel runs a free shuttle bus but the last bus back is about 9 which is a bit early for us.
