6. The lobby area is real nice the front desk staff where nice polite had no problems checking in room was booked on the 4th floor so we take the elevator which I could expect due to the heavy volume of people and usage would be slow no problem.

7. Wireless is $9 a day (free in the lobby) but if you're on one of the top floors the signal (for pay internet) doesn't even reach the rooms.
