2. The convention center ballrooms were very accommodating, and the staff was very friendly (especially the bar staff)- the convention must have drawn upwards of 10,000 people that weekend, yet it was spacious enough to not feel overcrowded.

5. We spent time in the stylish lobby, all the halls, event areas, ballrooms, etc. The hotel has a wonderful sense of historic bones with modern updates.

8. My only complaint is that the it was hot in the lobby on my floor waiting for the elevator and extremely cold in the ballroom areas leading to the parking deck.
