1. It has potential to be a great hotel, and my bed was comfortable, but some major maintenance would be my recommendation.

2. My sheets felt damp but they were clean and the bed was comfortable so I went to sleep, got up early and headed to the airport never to see the Blake Hotel ever again.

3. For example I found that my room was a mix of some elements very newly renovated (bathroom, bed, linens, desk), but other aspects very dated (phone, vanity area in need of refinishing, overall dim lighting, hairdryer).
